Title: Need Trainer Paying Level 75 Rune Pure Worth 4M+

Ok My best friend is moving to another country and i want to keep in touch with him. Therefore he has decided to join runescape so we can sort of still hang out.

He wants an account which he can make money on and kill people etc.
Otherwise he said he would get bored.

I am looking for a trainer to train an account for him in return for Rune Pure.
The levels which it must be trained to are:

Attack: 40
Strength: 60
Defence: 1
HP: 60
Mage: 60/70
Range: 70
Prayer: 1

Ok these are the levels i need the account to be trained to.

Rules

No Changing The Password.
No Setting Recoveries.
You Supply.
Must Be Regular And Quick (Or I'll Find Somebody Else).

Here Are The Stats For The Rune Pure:

Attack: 60
Strength: 70
Defence: 45
HP: 65
Mage: 50
Range: 50
Prayer: 48

(Combat: 75)

hmm maybe thats why im offering a 4M worth account for like a 1M job.
