You get the bones. But an easy way to do that is train on minotaurs in stronghold for str, and collect bones (theres plenty)

I need range from 62-70, and str 44-60 for 1.2m, thats a little more than 2 per xp, not including hp.

Ok i could do with a trainer to get range to 70 from 50.
I Can supply armour and bow but only a couple thousand arrows so maybe you could supply rest dunno i'd be willing to pay a bit more and by the amount of jobs your getting im sure you will have enough money.

OK i can pay upto 4gp each if you supply the rest of arrows needed
