i get this occasionaly , i have 3 computers on one router and when i try to log off or shut down this pops up, when i shut my other computers off then it goes away ...dont know if this helps but thats what i do

Check your dynamic IP status'.

Start > Network connections > (Right click on your connection) > Properties > Internet Protocol(TCP/IP) Properties.

Tick in the little box that reads "Obtain IP automatically".

How old is your Router? What type?
