I recently sold some mils using paypal, but the noob who bought the mil made a chargeback. My question is: If I send him a registered letter with tracking ID for some... lets say stamps (or something...) he "bought" from me and I send to Paypal this info, will they give me the money back? Suggestions please...
P.S. I could send to paypal an email like this:
"The ....(name) bought from me 5 stamps and paid for them the X amount. I sent him the stamps using a registered letter and for that I have the tracking ID." Would this work?

Yeh also can you send funds using a unverified paypal account or not?

Stefan, i know a way to NEVER chargeback.. but nobody loves you so i won't say it.

there is a way that no chargebacks can occur AT ALL EVER 100% safe...

if you make a site...and then put up a donation box using paypal...you can have them send you donations as payment...and they cant be chargedback...
