Firecaping
First 3 people 1.5M each. After that it goes to 3M. I currently DO NOT supply. But will be in the near future - once i build up my money again. and no i dont need full guthans. But thats what i've done it with the most. I've failed three times on rune pures all jad due to prayer switching. If i fail you get your money back. You post here with your stats / equipment you will provide along with your contact details (Msn). I can provide you pictures if you don't believe i cannot get the firecape, from now on on every firecape i succeed on ill add something like 'ttg firecape complete. max' in the text bar.
Accounts must have recoveries - otherwise i refuse to do the cape until there set.
Questing
Prices vary. You must supply every item. I do most quests. The easiest time for me to complete the quests are on weekends (Saturday/sunday.) As i have the most time to complete it.

2M un-negotiatable. General details. I don't feel like doing it at the moment i just finished mine - i hated it and found it very boring

gp per xp to be negotiated. you must supply with armour/weapons. // Ill do pc if i get the money for the xp from the 50+ zeal that would be negotiated, money from each win and a price per 100 pts.
