Title: win xp sp1 problem

I have winxp on c: and w2k sp3 on d:
After installing  xp sp1 1105 , my w2k wouldn\'t boot anymore (system32 configsystem ).I replaced the whole folder , still didn\'t setup . Uninstalled xp sp1 again , and yes w2k setup again .
Must be a new version of a setup file on C:(ntdetect,ntldr) I think ? .
Anybody has an idea
