yes it works u dont have to have high lvls but u need to be on MEMBERS

i verify it, doing it now it works

its basically a common method BUT ITS IN A BETTER SPOT MAKING IT SOOOOOOOOO MUCH MORE PROFITABLE

it works great, but takes some work

also it might not work with a quester with like alot of quests completed, but then jsut make a new acc and make it members
