The stats it MUST have!
70 Atck - No lower or higher
70 Dfnce - No lower or higher
90-99 Strnth - Around this range NO lower than 90.
90 Hp - This is a rough lvl and may vary
1 Pryer - MUST not be any higher
All other skills aren't required but would be nice

MUST HAVE NO BANK PIN
MUST HAVE NOT REMAINING MEMBERS CREDIT
