but quite frankly its not just about not scamming, and it isn't turning into a popularity contest....
what if I made a poll for lets say jollyman, he isn't gonna scam anyone here, and yet he would lose the poll, and you would be one of the people voting no.

you just denied and proved what pureblood was saying...
and i would vote yes for jollyman...i know for a fact he wouldnt scam on these forums...its his life...he scams to get the gp, which he sells for actual money which is his only form of income...he wouldnt cam and take away his only way to get through life...

An Elite Antiscammer isn't JUST somebody who isn't going to scam, it is somebody who is seen as a leader to the rest of the forum, so in that respect, yes, they have to be popular. Being an antiscammer just means that they are expected not to scam, like what Jollyman would be. Then the elite part comes into place, meaning above not scamming, being respected in the community, being somebody who attracts people and influences the behavior of the other members for the better.
What I don't like is people voting no because somebody, like Reazee, is having a fight with an elite in question, like JBLee. Don't vote no because Reazee or anybody else tells you to! Vote what you think, not even how much you like the member in question, but by how much other people respect them, if you think they would do a good job, and help give a good name to the elites then vote yes! Even if you can't stand the person!

And the entire idea of a second week poll is just stupid...it shouldn't be left up to the elite's again...thats what the first poll is for...the second week should be left up to the regular members...the elites can make sure that the candidates are worthy, and then let the regular members have the final choice after seeing how we do...

ok first off then you by that definition shouldn't be an elite because you hacked my msn and admitted to it
god of war didnt specifically say that, he was just responding to your saying I think he likes Reazee more than me, I talked to him over msn and through PMs and if there wasn't a reason for me to get him to vote no he would have voted yes.

i didnt just go around telling people vote no, i gave them a reason to vote no and the only person who is responsible for that reason would be JBLee

i guess i could make a list of all the people that vouch for me...lol...might take awhile to make a list that long...ive done like 200 trades and they were pretty much all successful except for when i got scammed...ive never been accused of scamming except for all this stupid TTG Junkie imposter crap...
and i really dont see why this is an issue now, when you voted yes for me for the original poll...
but as for a list of that vouch for me...off the top of my head i can think of:
allanon, pureblood (that should be enough right there)...madhatter, zack the man...kevin, six why, wdude, r1ch dude12...actually...just about every active person on runecore..........
you probably dont hear about me much because i quit TTG, and just recently came back...and as reazee said somewhere recently, the whole site pretty much resets every few months...all of the members are different now...i dont know very many people here at TTG anymore, which is what i said in my MMing thread when i returned...
i've been a little busy with runecore...getting it set up and stable while trying to get past all of the internal conflict...it takes a little bit of effort to get a site up to...what is it at now...1250 members...

had some help with it...but once i got admin there i completely changed the skin and forums so the entire site made fun of jews and pureblood...lol
it was actually a really good site after i got done (the header with pureblood with a fake cock in his mouth was priceless!)
but yeh...aragost hadnt been on for a week (didnt know he was on vacation) and all i saw on the sight was reazee, ED, and babychika flaming me...thats what the entire site had become...so i fucked it over a little...wasnt towards aragost at all...
babychika hates me for some reason I HAVE NO IDEA about...but all of the sudden she is accusing me of sexually molesting her over the internet of something...
Everlasting Death hates me because he hacked RuneCore, and i banned him...which is why i did what i did it tontalk...if he isnt going to be de-elited for hacking another site...then i might as well do it to get back at him...not that it really mattered to him...
and i think you know why reazee is pissed...
and then there is bloodogre.................ive asked and asked about 5 times...still no idea why he hates me...

Also to be honest being an elite has no meaning anymore, the new meaning is get on people good sides and you'll get enough votes to be an elite. Thats basicly one of the reasons you never see me here anymore...
Plus every time i leave and come back it seems nothings getting better, so i think elites should be picked based on something different, i also think it should be up to the mods to make the final decision.

I agree with the mods making the final decision too....kinda like a court room drama thingy with the elites as a jury and the mods like a judge but not really....
