Ok, first, I will start with the selling part. I am selling a good starter pure. It has never been a member, no recovery questions, no bank pin. EVER. I have old passwords(3), and everything else you need to know. Here are stats:

Now to the buying part. I am buying a sig. It must have my name, and have a cool picture in it. I would like the picture to be of a super hero(hint the name). We will discuss price.
Now to the training. I am training the most boring and costly skill in runescape. CONSTRUCTION. I have perfected the cheapest way of doing this. You must have a servant, and you must supply the items. I have two ways of doing this. I can do it the fastest way, and cheapest, but you will not get a nice house. Or you can let me do it the slower and more expensive way, which will get you a nice house in the process. I charge 3 gp per xp, as I think this is fair.
