everybody has this huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge signature, with like 100 lines
it kind of takes ages to go from one post to another that way
i know everybody here is proud of what theyve done tradewise but cant you put it in a link or something ?

Thats what its like on runecore...Just get over it...oh well, you have to spend an extra 4 or 5 seconds out of your life to scroll down a page. BOO HOO.
-
I actually made my sig smaller

I find nothing wrong with "big" sigs... you must get annoyed easily

Click on the Lo-Fi version then u dont see any sigs at all.
-
On RuneCore I just installed a feature that lets you hide another member's sig...so if you dont like one person's sig, you can just minimize it and still eb able to see the rest...
but, if you just plain dont like sigs, then do this (works on any IPB forum):
go to "My controls" -> Board Settings -> Display Signatures: No
turns off all signatures

hmm I would if I wasnt so lazy..My sig hasnt been touched in 2 years.. lol
-
Liar, You havent been here for 2 years
/ohmy.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':o\' />, Yes the long signatures are annoying, well they are now that Im used to the strict limits of gtaforums. It also annoys me how nobody here starts sentances with a capital letter, or uses grammar or for that matter real words (u, r, k, m8, f00l, omg, lulz). Then again, GTAforums also has strict limits on that, I guess Im just used to being British

Full Stops and Small Sigs FTW!

Yeah. i agree smaller sigs is annoying.

who exactly are you vouching for?

Controlling the size of signatures is not really something I can control other than sending people with overly large sigs a PM telling them to try and cut it down a bit. I guess if they refuse I could go in and edit it for them...
But ultimately, an IPB modification would need to be installed to efficiently control size limits in signatures.

One thing that helps keep them small on RuneCore is the Transaction section. Every member gets their own thread and can add all of their transactions to it. Then they can add a link to that thread into their signature. That way, there isn't a mile of transactions in every members sig. That might be a good idea for a new section here at TTG.
If you want a place to store your transactions, feel free to go sign up on RuneCore and make yourself a thread. You don't have to use RuneCore and you can continue to use only TTG, but it would help keep signature size down.
