All accounts must have no recovs or bank pin. The account must al have the following quest done or half way done dt, r4d, mm, fremmy trails,dragon slayer, lost city, horror from the deep. it has to have dragon or barrows gloves, fighter torso, firecape(if not it doesnt realy matter)

Barrows
70+ attack
85-90 strength
70 defence (no higher)
70-80 range
52 prayer
85-94 magic

Rune
60+ attack
85+ strength
45 defence (no higher)
70-80 range
52 prayer
80-85 magic
