Ok I think its a Tanker if not just a good Ranger.
Can be pker or staker.
Come with a pretty much clear bank other than a few useless or worthless items.

Heres Stats:

Its defence allows you to wear full d'hide, also Rune.

With the use of Full Green d'hide or Rune Helm Chain and D'hide Chaps and Maple Bow with Addy Arrows this pker really owns in the f2p wilderness.
