Ok, i'm testing the waters.  If anyone has a desire to buy one of the rare 9/9 hp accounts with an awesome name, here's your chance.

its a fake pic... dont bother... and if hes says it was a glitch its just a fake pic everyone starts with 10 hp

In classic you could start with 9 or 10, please don't comment on things you don't understand.

Obviously we'd use an MM, so the buyer could find out if he had 9hp or not b4 he actually bought it.

Thank you for your offer bloodogre, to be blunt however... there are less than 50 9hp accounts in rs2, most of which aren't played, I'm looking for more.

Was not meaning to be rude, honestly I'm looking for amounts well over 1m.  This may seem high for an account that has no skills, however I'm in no real need of money... I'm waiting until I get an amount I'm comfortable with to sell, it may be a possability that I never reach an amount I like.

I'm looking for that person who's wanted a lvl 3 to make into a skiller, who wants it to be different than all the other lvl 3 skillers and who's willing to pay for that.

I used to play classic, and ive never seen a lvl 3 starting off with 10 hp

There are 100's of these accounts, they aren't rare.

Ok let's say there's a thousand of them...

that makes it 1000/20 000 000 ( 20 millions ) accounts...

Wich makes it like 0.00005% chance of having one, how are they not rare !?

I'm very intrested, especially if it has holiday items like sythe, bunny ears, or even xmas hats/scarves. I would pay 3m if it had ears or sythe.

Unfotunately, it has no holiday items.  I didn't play the account at all since I made it.
And yes, it has 3 mage, but it's still level 3 CB

The lack of holiday items put me off, and with the 3 mage I'm even less intrested, sorry. So unless it has a super duper cool name, I don't think I'll be buying.
