Title: Dual OS\'
Post by: style on September 08, 2002, 09:36:46 PM
Here is my problem:

I need to have Win2K and XP on my laptop. XP is already on there. Do I have to remove XP, install Win2K, then install XP to get this to work? If this is the case, what do you recommend for backing up the entire XP operating system?

Thank you for you help.

no you don\'t have to remove windows XP first, but you do need to have the different OS\'s on different partitions, but if you do install windows 2000 later on you can try to use this article to help out: Q283433 Cannot Start Windows XP After You Install Windows 2000

good luck
