Title: Internet wont start at home.

My house the internet will not start up. My mom paid the bill for it but i dont know what happened. At first i thought it was the ip number because it wasn't put in. All it says is "Cannot Find Server"or "Problem Loading Page" for mozilla. If you have a solution please reply.

How are you posting right now?
At others friends/family computer?

Sometimes this is caused by spyware/ malware
That would be the first course of action
I know it may be a bit inconvenient, but can you post a Hijackthis log please

Download to a computer with working Internet connection
Save it too a USB thumbdrive or similiar, it's small enough to fit on a floppy if you have one
You can download it from here
http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/th.../HJTInstall.exe (http://\"http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/threat_analytics/HJTInstall.exe\")

Transfer HJTInstall.exe to the computer with no Internet connection, save it too the desktop
Run HJTInstall.exe and click on INSTALL
Do a "SCAN and Save a Log file"
A log will open in Notepad
You can transfer that log back to a computer with working Internet
I need to see the WHOLE log

While your at it, let's save you a trip
Post an uninstall list from Hijackthis
Open Hijackthis shortcut that was created on desktop
Open MISC TOOLS SECTION>>Open UNINSTALL MANAGER
Click the SAVE LIST... button
Save the list and post it's entire contents back here

I talk about transferring Hijackthis from this computer WITH Internet connection to the one WITHOUT Internet connection  /dry.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\'<_<\' />
