i am buying an account which has recoveries and bank pin set.
he is ofcourse willing to give me the recov answers and pins etc.

but he does not recall the billing info, he will give a few old passes though.

i know that recovs take a week or so to change so i will not "truly" use the account until they have changed, but what i wanted to know was after i change them and they get effective after a week, will atleast then will i have full control of the account?

or will he just check the "i did not set recovs" and enter the other details and get the account back

depends on who the seller is if they are trusted then go for it if its like partyhatman then dont even think about it

well i dont know the guy and i have always followed a no trust policy.

what i want to know is if there can be a sureshot way to make this trade (with or without an mm involved)

Do it with a mm , and depends who is he , cus he would just after 1 week recover the account from u....so use a mm , but if he is trusted u can do it normally "EXTREMLY TRUSTED"

so even i set new recovs, wait a week so that they get activated

and even then he can get back the account? without having the active recovs?
