Title: Alienware laptops

I recently bought an Alienware laptop, heres my model, tell me your thoughts on the laptop /rolleyes.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':rolleyes:\' />

The type of Alienware is an Aurora m9700

A bunch of my friends of Alien Ware computers. I like the casing on the hardware /laugh.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':lol:\' />

Other computers are cheeper;  if you do newest updates.

personally i think they are just a normal laptop. i mean now they are owned by dell and i seriously hate dell after i bought a laptop from them and had problems with it ever since i bought it. also my aunt is regreting  ever buying a dell too. anyways there are a other brands that are just as good or better. i mean even gateway has gaming computers now and if you customize them to the max its practically the same as an alienware. the only thing is since alienware seems to have a great rep so everyone thinks they are the best but just about any computer brand can be just as good.

Alienware is nice because of the SLI on the notebooks...other than that, the only other plus is the aesthetically pleasing casing...

if you are willing to pay 4-5 thousand bux, then go for it...but HP is only slightly worse and its less than a third the price...

go for HP

they look pretty geeky to /smile.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':)\' />... but i wouldn't refuse one for free.
