meh imho I think this is a keylogger/scam.

the teleport one is simple
you click falador or whatever and then your guy takes off for falador but really the image is you standing in varrock and then all of a sudden it plays back the journey to falador really  fast....... just a cheap way to make cash. and probobly keylogger.
