go on the runescape main page-----go to "recover a lost password---enter ur username then choose--"someone else knoes my recovery answers"....then fill out the form and submit.....after that you'll have to take down a number and dont loose it----then activate it with the number and ur recoveries will be cancelled about half an hour to an hour later =)
