Title: i have a bug in my labtop

can some1 help me get it out i cant download avg

or anything because when i open screen labtop automatically closes

also does when i try to open regular programs

soz that just happened to my pc... all you can do is reformat the HD... thats it lawl... if you have anything u need one there you wont be able to get it bacc..... @ least thats the only solution i know of.

Download Hijackthis 2.0.2 from my signature below
SAVE it to your desktop

Double click on HJTInstall.exe to run it
Choose Install

Hijackthis v2.0.2 will open

Under Main Menu, Select
Do a system scan and save a Log file
A log will open in Notepad
Copy and Paste the Whole log back here to the forum

Your on the internet right now
Save the installer to the computer your using now

Transfer it from this computer to the one with no internet
Save it too it's desktop then follow the instructions to produce a log

Transfer the log from the computer with no internet, back to this one and post it

It's small enough to fit on a floppy drive if you have one, or a CDRW, USB,etc..
One note: There are many infections these days that are being transmitted by the likes of USB thumbdrives
If you can use one, I suggest that you format it first
