Title: Can\'t replace Bitmap number 1 in ntoskrnl.exe

I can relplace allo of the other bitmap to make my new loading screen for XP but the main bitmap will not let me replace it what is the problem here
I followed the tutorial found here::  http://www.thetechguide.com/howto/xpbootlogo/ (http://\"http://www.thetechguide.com/howto/xpbootlogo/\")
I can edit and replace all of the other bitmaps but not number 1. What is going on here? I used the supplied color pallets.
I\'m using Photoshop 7 with the supplied 16.act color pallet that I got from the tutorial.
