Title: buying a skiller with 99 SKILL

i am fed up of pking in rs and duelling, decided i need a skiller, but atleast with 1 99 skill in it and i will work on other skills from there. the skiller can be from lvl 3-30 cmb but i will consider a bit more.


i am offering a main account, i will cancell recoveries, add  my  msn from details (in my sig)

OR

i will offer 6m rsgp after i have sold my pure to my buyer
