and when i got bak on i was asked for the phat
the other guy was defently involved in the scam appartly he sent the money which did not go into my egold and for a man who lost a grand he didnt essacly seemed to care
i can prove this was not me if there is any way that i can show that a rs javascript was not activated or if there is a way that i was not logged in on my msn

can you say what happened exactly, like for example this is what i think happened:
- you started a white phat trade
- chose bloodogre to mm
- he tells you his RS account
- Bloodogre signs out
- he signs back in and gets the phat on the account name he told you
- signs out again while having phat
- you make this post
- bloodogre says he is hacked and yet somehow got everything back while making no effort to warn people EXCEPT for a post saying is there a problem with msn
thats about what i got from this but it would be helpful if you both told your entire stories and not just argue with little tidbits

well u saw the pics and video, thats about how it happened, he confirmed on ttg, than said his rs name than loged of and came in game with that rs account. logged on again on msn saying that wasnt him and that he got hacked

asked the person in other window where we would to meet
msn window stop working comp slowed right down
manually closed via control, alt, delete
msn then completly crassed (error report window)
then couldent log in (invalid pass)
sent pms of how i could possiable be hacked via ttg
made a post to see if this was a recurring problem
waited while trying to check if i could get back on while checking pms
got back on
i was asked for phat
other guy logged off without saying much
i tried to explain my story
i had to go
and now this

if that happened, he woudla logged out of msn and left the 2 person convo, then he would have had to log back in and be added back into the conversation..
if he was to stay in the conversation he would not have logged out or been impostered.. just ask the guy if bloodogre logged out then back it..
but then the guy could have said that bloodogre was having connection problems or something..

that being said if you read the conversations you can clearly see he told them his RS name, meaning it was him that took the P Hat. That along with the confirmation PM and his story not having any proof to back it up leads to the belief that he is guilty of scamming a P hat.
I told allanon not to ban him yet because he could still have some sort of proof showing his innocence, however if you have a picture of you giving him the P Hat then I would say thats enough to get him banned right now.
So yeah bloodogre you have probably a day to get anything posted that would prove your innocence, but if he does have a pic of him trading it to your RS account then its obvious you were involved in this scam and the ban hammer shall be layeth downith uponith yee... ith.

everything has already been found out, if it werent for him being such a good mod for a long time he would already be banned, this is like his last chance to prove himself innocent since there is no real proof of him getting the p hat. everything else fits though, meaning it is almost certain that he scammed it, im about 99% sure he did, and you cant trust anything he tells you over msn unless there is proof of it. He clearly lied about tell them his RS name and that coupled with his claim that he was hacked the moment they were trading him a white phat is enough for me to believe he is lieing.

exactly, except no proof of them trading him the phat in game which really isnt needed at this point but it would quicken his ban and disprove anything he could say at this point to make him innocent.
