I have win 2000, in article about upgrading hard disk for a dishplayer talk about a file called diskprobe, to be found in support/tools directory on win2k cd I can\'t this setup program this install the tools. I have a dir named tools but theres is no setup program in the cd. does any one know is the problem is the version my version is 4.90.300. where I can find this file diskprobe?
