Title: Buying str pure or mage pure with dt done

If it's str pure it should have Lost City and possibly MM done (It will make me pay more ^^)
Mage pure should have 70+ mage and dt done
Paying 500k to about 1.5m and using official mm

Post stats, quests, and proof of no bank pin/recovs
