Ok I just really want you guys to answer these questions please:
A. What would the cost be of a 40 defence pure (all other skill stuff like 1)?
B. What would the cost be of a general account with a 99 level stat?
C.Which SPECIFIC STAT (ex.cooking) account with a 99 lvl stat would be the least expensive?
D. How much would that cost lol?

40 defence pure, probably 400K at max.
An account with 99 stat, really depends which one it is, if its cooking, and has a total level of around 1200, it would be roughly 8M.
Cooking, or fletching.
