Non-combat stats:
38 rcing
38 herblore
47 thieving
55 crafting
74 fletching
64 mining
51 smithing
67 fishing
69 cooking
51 fming
80 wcing

When you rent it out you can do any of these skills. It is a member so you can do everything you do in members.

We can use offical mm or you go first. Prices are 150k for 5 hours.
I will leave some things for the skills on the account but other than that not much. I will leave it at cammy bank with recoverys and no bank pin so you have the utility of the bank. Prices can be discussed if needed. Pm here i will not be on msn atm.
