cost is 2mil if you supply everything
3mil if you supply food,arrows and the ranger stuff (full black dhide etc)
3.5mil if you supply only the food and arrows
4mil if only you supply the food

stats:
you will need the following to get firecaping

70+range
52+prayer
70+Def

what if the account has 80 range but not 70 def?
