His all time favorite thing is Runscape for now and I have been doing research on some stuff he always talks about. I have come to understand that the most rare item in this game is a Blue Party Hat. I am looking for one if anyone could please assist me in finding one to purchase cash. I have seen alot sell for gold points or gold money from game but I am willing to purchase this Hat cash through Paypal, check by mail, or any other method brought to my attention which I can meet. I have researched this item and seen its value is about 500 million gold points and I have come to conclusion that money wise its worth about $1,900. So my price is firm on this and would like to use a moderator or the Middle Deal person to complete this transaction. Good luck dude... not many people have succesfully bought/sold party hats mainly because people are greedy. I suggest NOT using a MM, provide the seller with your address and phone number so if you happen to scam them they can report you, and let them go first, and you should let your bank know about this transaction.
But if you do use a MM, good luck finding one.

I dont know many MM's that have succesfully MM'd a partyhat...
the only ones I can think of actually is Myself and Aragost
But either way, using an MM is MUCH safer...thats what MM;s are for...if you dont use one, one person has to go first...and that will more likely end in cotastrophy than if an MM were to steal it...

Thanks for the information and yes if I purchase this item it will have to be with a moderator or a Middle Man because if not then it will be a headache to try and trust someone. But I am at this time looking and doing some research on all the Middle Man gentlemen on this site and I will end up using a Middle Man for the safety of the seller and myself. Again please I am looking for Blue Party Hat within the next few days because if not then I will just have to get it as late borthday gift for my son. Thanks again everyone for the help.

ill middle man that deal i do have a paypal and can transfer the money. Ive done alot on this sitr and have been here since february of this year its alright i understand putting almost 2 grand into some1 else's hands can be quite hard to do. Thanks but for now i have narrow it down to 2 Middle Man people on this site that have good reputations and have been long time. So I will be choosing one of them. But for now I do need to find someone selling the Blue Party Hat. Thanks For the replies.

The Middle Man I have chosen to help me complete this deal is Littlefly1 but as of now he has not contact me back through message. I have sent him meesage explaining what I need and I cover a gratuity for him if he accepts to Middle Man for me. I also have not seen anyone post that they selling a Blue Party Hat so please any party hats available post here so I can figure out if I should buy cheaper ones for now. Thank You All.
