Title: Need help from people VERY good at computers!

Just need help as the title says.
I need help learning html (http://\"http://www.thetechguide.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=68678&pid=386875&st=0&#\") and how to host your own site without the help of a seperate hosting (http://\"http://www.thetechguide.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=68678&pid=386875&st=0&#\") company.
