Title: win 2000 pro admin crack

I just got a used PC from a college that was closing and it has Win 2000 Pro on it. I tried to install a printer and got a message about not administrator authorized. Is there a way i can bypass or remove this? In win 98 I can delete pwl list and start over but not sure about Win 2000.
