I want 70 attack and i'll pay you, if that goes smooth then I will ask you to train my strength to 70. I can talk with you briefly over the phone to prove im legit. I can pay USD or I can buy some RS2 gp from someone and trade it to you. If I give RS2 gp i require to speak with you over the phone.
