well technically he can still do it. just because he doesnt have 50 posts doesnt mean someone going to physically stop him. maybe just delete his post but he can still do it

how am i a scammer...? i am questing, training, and doing x-fers....just because someone has a low post count and hasen't been here long everyone assumes they are scammers.
