Ok i need the following items:

1. Iron Helms,
2. Iron Plates,
3. Iron Kite Shields,
4. Strength Amulets,
5. Power Amulets,
6. Strength Potions,
7. Foods (Such As Trout, Salmon, Tuna & Lobsters).

I am looking for these amounts:

1. x 10
2. x 10
3. x 10
4. x 13
5. x 5 - 10
6. x 100
7. x 250 - 1000
