Title: Buying Accounts?

How safe is it to buy an account and not get scammed? I want to buy an account, and I'll be paying quite a bit for it. I want to be sure that after I pay for it, that it dosen't get taken away from me by the seller. The account has no recov's or PIN, but is that the only way to get it back. Couldn't the seller email Jagex and say that someone has stolen their account and knows the recov's? I just don't want to get scammed, again...

yes it is possible for the seller to still recover it even if it has no recovs.

Well then if I do buy the account, the first thing I should do is to put recov's on it and change the password, correct?
