Regardless of how "pissed off" you are, there is NEVER a good time to post in the wrong section. Especially if you want something done about it...

We saw the thread about him scamming that was posted in the RIGHT section, we acted on it. If you had looked there yourself, you would have seen he was already banned. Instead, you posted in the wrong section, ignored the other thread, which in turn led to the mods ignoring this thread...

If you want something done, post in the right section...

Also, dont make a thread saying "working on getting evidence"...that is pointless...get your evidence together BEFORE you make a thread...
