Gather ALL information (and I mean as much as you can get) that you have & run to the RuneScape main page
Scroll down and click "Recover a lost account"
Type in the name, and the reason "Someone else knows my recovery answers"
Type in all recovery answers, and all your other information along with some excuse.
It's normal for it not to be accepted immediately, so write down the tracker ID and send it on in

I STRONGLY suggest you use an elite from this site seeing is they have mm'd more then ice probably ever will..
If you get 15m out of it use Jb lee
If not use any other elite.
Also don't spam someones thread by sayings VOUCH FOR ICE..
Also heres a list of all the Elites who have all MM'd (Some don't still MM) They are all the most trusted people on this site.. Send them a PM asking to MM for you.
