While I agree that this is probably more than likely Cowboy Bebop himself, the IP's don't match, and there is no proof to show that Cowboy-Bebop didn't just supply him with the screenshot to post...

There is no rule that you are not allowed to be friends with scammers, otherwise, Pureblood would be banned...
