idk how it happend but i just rushed someone and teled to duel arena then teled back to edge and i rite click'd to get into bank and saw that so i thought it was hilarious

What if you wanted to trade someone right there? You can't... I don't see that giving you any advantages (unless you can actually attack them, in which case you would get banned for doing so due to the "No Bug Abuse" rule)...so what is the point of keeping it away from Jagex?
Thats something that obviously needs to be fixed...therefor, you should report it...

the point of doing blackmarket trades is to raise the amount of fun you can have in-game...
I see no way that a glitch like that can raise the amount of fun you are having...it just makes it so that you can't trade / follow other members...thats annoying, not fun...
Reporting it would allow it to be fixed so that you could continue playing the game and having fun...
