Umm I wnt on ventrilo and got booted when I joined it said I was a "Guest" why is that?

Well, my name was 2112 which is my account name but as you can see my display is InFlames does that make a difference?

Paco kicked you because he thought you were one of the random british people that come on the server. It doesn't matter what you put your name as. Read the link I gave you and it will make sense.
