Is there anyway to upgrade Win98SE to Win XP Pro OEM?  Thanks.

yea, you just upgrade. the only time you need to be worried about OEM or not is if that OEM is released by a manufature, such as dell or HP, then its not going to work, but if you get if from your local hardware vendor, then it works just fine.
