Title: resource haker!?

I've been trying to locate the blue login splash screen but can't find it, I looked through logongui but can't find the background? which file do I need to look through please help? I want to change the background of my login screen like you see in most themes, i looked thru themexp but one to make one myself!

i'm using resourze haker!
