I\'ve been reading all this slipstreaming stuff with interest and it had me thinking.
What I would really like to do is burn a image of Win2k with not just my service packs slipstreamed but also any new or updated drivers for my devices that I always have connected such as my SCSCI card etc.
Can this be done for next time my machine goes belly up? A single CD installation with all my SPs and device drivers in place would be really useful as all those hardware detects and hunting for all my device install CDs is a REAL pain. It takes hours and many reboots to get my PC back online after a disaster.

Try ghosting...for what you want to do ghosting is the fatest and simplest way.

The problem that I have had with Ghost, Power Quest and Image Cast is that they have a problem with SCSI devices sometimes. Enterprise or Pro versions usally resolve that but you may not have access to these versions.
Have you looked at using the $OEM$ folder to copy over the drivers? I find that as long as the device is not detected by Windows this is a 100% sure thing. If you are using updated drivers that are already in Windows this does not always work during the install (99% Does Not). You will have to select look for updated drivers afterwards.
Just another idea... If you can get Ghost to work that would be your easy answer. I would say try that first.
