Title: Ps3
Post by: kirk hammett on January 07, 2008, 02:37:00 PM: Well i got a 360 and i like it but i was wondering about the ps3. When GTA 4 comes out i want it. So im thinking about picking up a Playstaion 3.

Are they worth it? I am probally going to get one used on ebay to save $.

I mean that people are going to respond with stuff like "Ps3 is better because it rocks!!!!111oneoen"...or "Xbox is better because it has Halo"...

Then there will be people that respond with something like "The Wii is better because the flux capacator is equally distributed between X32737 and PSH6552 quagnomadic fluffagator" because they want to confuse you by speaking with big words.

Then there will be people who respond with 100% facts that lead you in the direction that they are right, yet they exclude telling you the 100% facts that make them sound wrong...

The fact is, they are all systems, they all have games, they will all be fun. The only one that can decide which one is better for you is YOU.

Post by: Halo 3 Fan on January 07, 2008, 07:02:38 PM: There are no games for it and it costs too much but on the other hand the 360 has good games but breaks easily. The Wii... I don't consider Wii a system if i wanted to play Mario tennis I'd go outside and play tennis.

PS2 > 360 > Wii

I say PS2 because I have never owned / played on a PS3. Although I imagine them to be extremely similar and I would probably replace the PS2 in that line with the PS3 after playing on it.

Ironically, the only one out of those 3 that I own is the Wii. /tongue.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':P\' />

Of course, the PC would be in front of all of those, but I don't consider necessary t class it together with consoles.

Please try to cut back on pointless flame...especially those involving sexual preferences...

2. The Playstation 2 is NOT like the Playstation 3, because when Sony made their console they said it would be released on the same day as the 360, this changed at the last minute and it pissed off their third party developers because now they had a bunch of extra overstocked Playstation 3 games that would be completely useless for a full year, causing Sony to lose a bunch of its exclusive titles that made the Playstation 2 great.

3. The Playstation 3 has 0 rumble functionality, which surprisingly is the main thing that makes me not want to get one...
