Title: new to this CAN ANYONE HELP ME

HI IAM NEW TO ALL THIS AND IAM NOT SURE IF IT WORKS SO CAN ANYONE HELP ME, HERE IS A COUPLE OF SITES I WOULD LOVE TO TRY.
