We were talking on MSN about an account swap. I asked for screenshots and he said he can't take any. He said if he could get on my account I could get on his when he knew good and well I didn't know the recovs because I'm not the one who set them. He is a scammer and should be banned.

Mod King ur offering to buy phone pins via paypal..... Why not buy ur own via paypal it is cheaper.... Ur clearly a scammer.........

u ever heard of block ? i got too much scammed trought paypal in sythe that my mother blocked me off paypal , so i can't use paypal to pay runescape memberships no more

First of all, the guy, he did say meet in the game so he could check the account out (mod king) as i was speaking to him at the time, about the pins, not everyone can have enough money on their phones to get the pins, and not even i can buy the membership pins through paypal, so clearly not everyone who buys pins can be a scammer

so let me get this straight... your buying phone pins from others using paypal to pay them... but you cant buy it from jagex yourself because you cant use paypal?
that definitely makes sense...

any payments made to paypal are blocked on his paypal account, not that hard to understand is it, but he can pay other people through paypal for membership pins

Well, at least some people have enough sense to not go through with a transaction with him. :] Everybody that he successfully scammed, Your idiots. You dont deserve a high lvl account if you dont even have enough sense to not make a transaction with someone that only has like 30 posts, and people have said before that he was a scammer, and when he makes ridiculous remarks like what i w1sh i was rich just said.
