This one is similar to the one I posted before, except it's 2 tier program offers 10%/5%.
Which means you make 10% of what your referrals make, and 5% of your referral's referrals. lol

Same deal as before, I'd suggest using an email that isn't personal, 'cause you are gonna get A LOT of spam.
