I am pretty sure that we used to have a rule here that you could not call someone a scammer just because you wanted to. Juggalette has admitted that he called yded a scammer and made a big deal out of nothing even though he knew that he wasn't - http://www.thetechguide.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=73847 (http://\"http://www.thetechguide.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=73847\")

I think this should be added to the rules. I also think that he should be punished.

What do you all think?

He didn't really go off hear-say things, he blatantly lied. He flat out said that the only reason he accused yded of scamming was because he wanted to...

i dont think in this case because he did actually scam but it was allowed by the rules...

No do not punish him because first the rule wasnt put out for everyone to read so no one can know about it and 2nd, the rule wasnt going on when he said that so there for he should not be punished... Can't beleive no one cought onto this or maybe im missing something....

He said it 3 or 4 days ago...the rule has been "out" for over a year at least. It was put out publicly, there have been multiple threads and I even made a Frag Fest-wide announcement about it one time...
