Ok dude, i'm not giving you any of those excuses, im going to tell you why I need it.

I need it because i am going no where on my main. And honastly i need an account to make money on, and i need just plain and simple something better. Yes, about 8 months ago i did loose 5m, but i recoverd, sorta, well not really at all i guess. But anyways, i need the account for something to play on, and to make money on. So all i am asking, is please, may i have it.

Yup, I would like the account because I cant seem to level on Runescape, without getting bored of it.

All my money was taken, they got me perm muted and i no longer find the game fun on this account. I tred to make a new account but i no longer have any money and its really hard trying to start off again from scratch. If you were to give me the account i would be able to go on kill harder monster that have good drops etc. I would then be able to get where i was before at around 100m~.
